The National University of Matanza (Argentina) and the International Institute of Studies and Training of the South (INCASUR) have promoted a pre-conference, led by Professor Ricardo Alvarellos, in order to channel the proposals of Latin American universities and research centers to the Conference “The unions, in an International Context (1888-1986)”.
